So, I randomly come across a bra catalog called “Bounce” and it really made me think about the bras that I had been buying. Their slogan is “Real life. Real bodies. Real bras.” The catalog is set up by bra sizes. I was shocked that they did not have any bras promising it is the best push up bra out there and will make me look a cup larger. That’s all you ever see now a days when shopping for a bra. The bras that were for my “A” cup girlies were so lovely, it was actually the first time I was excited about a bra (its usually a struggle to find a bra that actually fits). They had no underwire and no padding, not a typical option when searching for a bra. I have always been on the search for the best push up bra. As soon as I saw the bras in the catalog I said to myself, you know what, I’m going to just embrace my small breasts and purchase these pretty, lacy bras with no padding, and no underwire (which I really don’t need at all). Its interesting how because of my constant exposure to padded bras and society saying that big breasts are what’s “in” I felt I had no other option. I immediately, started my search and let me tell you it was not easy finding such a bra. There is not a big selection for small chested women, who want to embrace their size, and don't want a bra that looks so much like a training bra. My goal was to find a bra in which I could embrace my small girlies but still feel womanly. I found a few in stores and had to search online for a better selection.
My point of sharing this is that I had been saying that I was tired of hearing girls say I don’t like this or that about themselves or I wish this, I wish that, and I realized I was doing the same thing by always searching for the best push up bra. I want everyone to embrace what they were blessed with and work with it. It would make every woman happy and confident and be able to focus on being the best they could be and not worry about what they are missing. Know your best feature and dress accordingly and you will always walk out the door feeling confident. Your mind is so powerful; your thoughts are so powerful. Start changing your negative thoughts into positive ones and see what a difference your attitude will be. Stop wishing and start loving and embracing. The essence of who you are has nothing to do with what you look like. Love yourself, work on yourself and be you. We are constantly given signs that we should look a certain way but we are all created differently and we are all beautiful and lovely in our different ways.

Couldn't have said it better! Embracing what you have no matter what size you are...totally agree!
